Dejas New Jammies

I made these a couple of months ago to test a pattern that I designed. They’re made out of an old sheet from value village, which is what I usually use for a muslin.

Dejas Jammies

The pants pattern were for actual pants, not as part of the pjamas, but she wears them together for bed. I ended up changing the bodice of the nightie because it’s too high up in the neckline and the yoke is a little too low for my taste. So she has two more of these nighties that are slightly different from this one.

The pants were acually a little too long when I made them, so I made the next ones a little shorter. Then she immediately had a growth spurt. The pants I worked so hard on were suddenly flood pants. Now I know better. Never shorten pants for kids! Cuff those suckers!
