blue-bagPlease excuse the adorably weird look on my face. This is the only picture of this bag that was in focus.

Exactly like the blue jean bag, but a little shorter and with blue snaps. The size is just right this time! The straps are a great length, too. They are perfect for holding in your hand and fit nicely over the shoulder as well.

I top stitched with red thread to match the lining. I’ll remember next time to change to a new needle before topstitching next time. It looks ok, but it could be neater.

Mitered Bonnet pattern update

The size of hat in the original pattern will fit a size medium/large head. If your head is on the smaller side, use size 3.5 or 3.75 mm dpns, following the pattern just the same. This is the hat knit with 3.5 mm needles:
