These are the second pair of mittens I knitted for christmas presents. These particular ones now belong to my sister Andrea. I used the pattern for herringbone mittens on Ravely, and just changed the colours and made the pattern checked instead of herringbone. The colour combo was suggested by her husband and it was perfect for her.
